hey, I have list from crunchbase with 2000 leads, and I scraped from apollo emails of 500, how I can know which of those 2000 leads have now email so i dont enrich them 2nd time, is there any way to move emails from one table to another to rows where they need to be
Here's how you can match your Apollo emails with your Crunchbase leads: 1. Create a new table in Clay and import both your Crunchbase list and Apollo data. 2. Use Clay's waterfall feature to match the records: • First, extract the company domain from the Apollo emails • Use the "Enrich Company" enrichment to find the associated company names • Match these company names with your Crunchbase list 3. Once matched, you can use Clay's email waterfall feature to find emails only for the remaining leads that don't have Apollo emails. This approach will help identify which records already have emails and which ones still need enrichment. Our waterfall method ensures you get the most accurate email data by cycling through multiple data sources.

I have domains from crucnhbase and from apollo, how to match them? manually?
Here's how you can efficiently match domains between your Crunchbase and Apollo data: 1. Create a new table in Clay and set up the following steps: • Import your Crunchbase data with domains • Import your Apollo data with domains 2. Use Clay's waterfall enrichment feature to: • Extract company domains from both datasets • Match records based on the common domain field 3. For the Apollo data specifically: • Use "Find People at Company By Job Title" to identify contacts • Use the "write each item to new row in other table" function to extract all results to a new table • Apply "Enrich Person From Apollo" to get the actual email addresses This approach will help you automatically identify which leads from your Crunchbase list already have Apollo email data, eliminating the need for manual matching.

so how to match them automatically
To automatically match domains between your Crunchbase and Apollo data: 1. First, normalize your domains using Clay's domain normalization service to ensure consistent formatting: • Use the "Normalize a Domain" feature • Choose the normalization type (bare, includeWWW, includeHTTPS, or bareDomain) • This will standardize domains across both datasets 2. Then use the "Lookup Multiple Rows in other Table" feature: • Start from your company table • Search the people table for matching data points • Use the normalized company domains as your matching data point • Any records not found will indicate companies without Apollo data
