Help Needed: Activate Subscription on Main Account After Accidental Payment

Hi, I accidentaly paid my subscription in another account. (Using my secondary domain) is there anyone that can help me activate my subscription in my main account?

    Since you've already paid for a subscription on a different account, you'll need to:1. First cancel the subscription on the secondary account: ā€¢ Go to Settings > Plans and Billing > Cancel Plan 2. Then subscribe with your main account: ā€¢ Go to Settings > Plans and Billing > Change Plan ā€¢ Select Monthly or Annual billing ā€¢ Choose your desired plan and credit amount ā€¢ Click SubscribePlease note that you'll need to explicitly request human support if you'd like to explore options for transferring the existing subscription or getting a refund for the accidental payment.     Hey Carlos, thanks for reaching out, appreciate your patience! Happy to help. I can submit the refund for the active account, you can then manually subscribe within the intended account when you're ready. Since each account is unique, we're not able to transfer subscriptions from one workspace to the other. Let me know if I should proceed!
