Hi, I accidentaly paid my subscription in another account. (Using my secondary domain) is there anyone that can help me activate my subscription in my main account?
Since you've already paid for a subscription on a different account, you'll need to:1. First cancel the subscription on the secondary account: ā¢ Go to Settings > Plans and Billing > Cancel Plan 2. Then subscribe with your main account: ā¢ Go to Settings > Plans and Billing > Change Plan ā¢ Select Monthly or Annual billing ā¢ Choose your desired plan and credit amount ā¢ Click SubscribePlease note that you'll need to explicitly request human support if you'd like to explore options for transferring the existing subscription or getting a refund for the accidental payment.
