Hi can someone help me understand what exactly the limitations of "up to 5000 per search" is when it comes to people/company? Does that mean I can search for up to 5000 people/companies per month? If I need more I have to upgrade plans? I basically want to be able to personalize 10,000, maybe more, emails per month - does it matter if I bring the leads and use clays enrichments vs finding everything on clay? Thank you
Hi Bobby P., thanks for reaching out! Up to 5000 per search means that every time you run a "find people" or "find companies" search on clay, you will get a maximum of 5000 results. This does not mean that you can't run multiple searches to find more people/companies. In terms of personalizing ~10,000 emails per month, you can certainly do so as long as you're staying within your credit limit depending on your plan. You can use a combination of both imported leads and newfound leads for your enrichments. Thank you very much for that - how many leads can I get per month? Is it unlimited leads and its more based on the enrichment? Thank you
That's right! The limit for each table is 50k rows and 70 columns
Hey Bobby, sorry for the delay! The team is working on a way or option to exclude other existing records from future searches but still in testing. You can, however, have many tables in your workspace and use any of the lookup records integrations to search across other tables, and make sure you don't use those leads again in the meantime. The Lookup Record integration can help with that. Here's a video and our docs page for Lookup Record!OR Here's an example of how to setup a lookup for DNC - https://www.loom.com/share/80d613c10d5248f6bfc662cc95c8023dBased on matches, you can set up conditional formulas so existing records don't get enriched or contacted.
