Hi!
When adding leads to instantly campaigns through the clay enrichment, it seems like not all leads are transferring to instantly despite indicating "added to campaign" in the respective column. I already checked that none of them are already in instantly.
Why could this be?
Thanks so much!!
There are a few potential reasons why this might be happening: 1. The leads may already exist in your Instantly workspace. When the enrichment process tries to add existing leads as new ones, it shows "added to campaign" even though it's actually a failure message. 2. You can try these troubleshooting steps: • Perform a hard refresh of your browser: • For Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Cmd + Option + R (Safari) • For PC: Press Ctrl + F5 (Chrome/Firefox/Edge) 3. When setting up the enrichment, make sure to check the "Skip if Lead is in Workspace" option. If leads are already in the workspace, try toggling this option off and running the integration again. 4. Note that any custom variables you want to use must be pre-added to the campaign in Instantly via an import before using them in Clay.

Hm I did all of the above but it is still happening
There are two key requirements to ensure successful lead transfer to Instantly campaigns: 1. Any custom variables you want to use must be pre-added to the campaign in Instantly via an import before using them in Clay. This is due to limitations in the Instantly API. 2. Make sure you're using the correct column names from your Clay table. For example, you may need to use a specific column name like "validated work email" instead of a generic "email" column. To prevent duplication issues, you can use the "find leads" column in Clay to check for existing leads in your Instantly workspace before attempting to add them.
