Concerns About Debounce Email Validation Integration Results and Charges

I am using the integration of debounce as a tool to validate the emails I found. but so far it give me no results meaning 0 valid email and 0 other. Also why sometimes when I do a waterfall it find me an email but still contains to the other providers. In addition it does not copy it to the validate column ?
