Best Place to Find Company Founders: Need Help with My Search?

Morning friends. New to this, so not 100% sure if this is the best place to ask these types of questions: I have created a list of 47 companies, now trying to find people with title 'founder'. Surprisingly there are only 6 results which can't be right. Wondering if there is anything I've done wrong.

    Zaid M. a couple other ideas I had for job titles:

    • CEO

    • German/French translations of founder, co-founder, CEO

    my concern is less around a specific title what ever title I put, it comes back with no/very limited results

    I had a slightly larger list before I filtered and got +180 results for the sales related titles. after filtering it down to 47 companies, zero results.

    Yea seems something is going on here, I just tried a different approach for finding people in your table and it is returning results.

    you can run this for all the companies, and then use the write to table feature to send those into your people table

    A couple things here on how Clay works:

    1. 1.

      It seems that you filtered and then deleted the companies. I assume this because:

    1. a.

      filtering a view does not impact other views

    2. b.

      deleting data from a view will impact that data in other views

    1. 2.

      Duplicating a table will only duplicate the workflow you built, it doesn't duplicate the data inside of the table. To get this data into the other table, you would download the results in a CSV and import them into the other table

    2. 3.

      It seems that find people is now working, so that seems good. LEt us know if it stops working again
