Here are a few ways to maximize your email coverage: 1. Add more providers to your waterfall: • By default, you have access to six providers • You can customize your waterfall by adding more providers to increase coverage 2. Check the validation settings: • Review the validation columns (which are hidden by default) to understand why certain emails aren't making it to the final column • Some emails might be found but fail validation • Consider adjusting the "only mark safe to send" setting if you're willing to include catch-all emails 3. Ensure you have the right input data: • Make sure you have the essential "corner pieces" - typically the full name and LinkedIn profile URL • Having accurate company domain information can also help improve resultsThe waterfall process searches across multiple providers like Prospeo, DropContact, Datagma, Hunter, PeopleDataLabs, Nimbler, Apollo, Lusha, Snov, and others to maximize coverage.
