Ohh, makes sense now. Yep, that's the behavior when downgrading, especially for people who want to keep the features until the due date.

Yep we don’t allow that any more (it wasn’t ever supposed to be allowed). We only do early billing cycle resets once, so you’d need to upgrade to get more this month.

Also pretty sure you know this, but you get the full amount of credits that you pay for (Not just the difference)
