Issue with Monthly Credit Roll Over for Clay Team

Hi Clay team, Just got charged for new month of credits but doesn't look like credits rolled over correctly. I had 3000 something of credits before last bill which would have added an extra 2000 credits on top. So I should have 5000 something clay credits but instead only have 4000 ? Could someone please have a look for me ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hey David! Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help. Can you share your workspace url or email? It looks like your credits were capped in line with the 2x rollover limit for monthly plans. ` For context, when a billing cycle resets any credits left are capped at 2x the limits of your current plan. If you're on the Starter plan and 3000+ credits were left, your credit balance after the cycle resets will be 4k (2x 2000).
