Issue with Monthly Credit Roll Over for Clay Team

Hi Clay team, Just got charged for new month of credits but doesn't look like credits rolled over correctly. I had 3000 something of credits before last bill which would have added an extra 2000 credits on top. So I should have 5000 something clay credits but instead only have 4000 ? Could someone please have a look for me 🙂
