Importing Jobs Twice for Additional Results from Source Limit

Hey, if I import jobs from a source with 25k results (the limit in my plan), can I just do it twice (excluding 'current table' in the filters) to get another 25k?

When importing leads, there are inherent limits that affect the total number of results you can import. While you can use the 'exclude people' filter to avoid duplicates, you'll still be subject to the platform's search and import limitations. For example, with Sales Navigator, you're limited to 2.5k leads or 100 pages regardless of exclusion filters. If you're seeing a discrepancy between the preview count and actual imported leads, this is often due to applied search filters and limits. The preview may show a higher total count, but the final import will reflect these system limitations. To work with larger datasets, we recommend breaking down your search into smaller, more targeted segments using criteria like headcount numbers, seniority levels, or location.

https://app.clay.com/workspaces/356594/workbooks/wb_xeVTS97Hh9Ms/tables/t_utMC6S9hSdEB/views/gv_DzipwzaYoMoz The source I used said there were over 25k results and that it would only import 25k because that's my limit. My question is: If I just re-run the same source, will it get me all the results that were not imported this first time?

Hey Nicolas! Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help. Re-running the same source won’t pull in additional results because the limit is tied to the specific search criteria used when creating the source. To work around this, try splitting your search criteria into two or more searches. This way, you can import as many results as are available. For example, splitting the job title keywords applied into separate searches. Let me know if that helps!
