Downgrading Clay Account: Accessing Your Data on Free Plan

If I want to downgrade one of my Clay accounts from the $149 Starter Plan to the Free Plan. Would all my previous worksheets, table, and data still be accessable?

Yes, all your worksheets, tables, and data will remain accessible when you downgrade from Starter to Free. Your account stays active on the free plan with all data intact - including tables, flows, and configurations. [1]
You'll just have limited access to features based on the Free plan's capabilities, but you can upgrade anytime to restore full access.

Thanks Clay Support. Follow up question: If I downgrade before my period expires, does the remaining time get pro-rated to the next time I upgrade?

No, upgrades aren't pro-rated. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the full amount of the new plan and your billing cycle resets immediately. You won't get credit for the unused time from your previous plan. [1]
However, you do keep all unused credits from your previous plan when upgrading, so those roll over to your new plan.
