Clay Usage Error: Excess Rows Pulled and Credit Loss Issues

It seems like Clay bugged out and pulled in more rows and we burned through credits. It was supposed to pull in 3.6K rows and ended up pulling in 50K rows. There was no dialogue screen to say do you want to use x credits (usually we get a warning that says this will use up a large amount of your credits). We'd like to get our credits back Workbook in question:

You can track the exact credit usage for this incident in your credit usage dashboard by going to Settings > Credit usage to see the breakdown by workbook and table.

Hi, Sorry about that. How many credits did it use? I don’t see any recent usage showing in your credits dashboard, so I want to confirm the exact amount. Normally, you’d see a warning before a large credit usage. It’s possible the usage hasn’t appeared yet. Hi Robert, If the credits were used last month, that would mean the usage was correct and not from the run you were expecting. It’s possible the run you just triggered pulled data from another table. If I’m misunderstanding, feel free to share more details so I can take another look.
