It seems like Clay bugged out and pulled in more rows and we burned through credits. It was supposed to pull in 3.6K rows and ended up pulling in 50K rows. There was no dialogue screen to say do you want to use x credits (usually we get a warning that says this will use up a large amount of your credits). We'd like to get our credits back Workbook in question: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/575873/workbooks/wb_0syosomrZkiwW54Wt45/all-tables
I understand you experienced unexpected credit usage when Clay pulled 50K rows instead of the expected 3.6K rows without showing a warning dialog. For credit refunds, our policy states that if a provider refunds us due to invalid data delivery, we correspondingly refund those credits back to you. However, your situation involves unexpected row volume rather than invalid data. To investigate this issue and request credit recovery, you'll need to request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person" since this requires reviewing your specific workbook and the circumstances that caused the unexpected behavior. You can track the exact credit usage for this incident in your credit usage dashboard by going to Settings > Credit usage to see the breakdown by workbook and table.
Hi, Sorry about that. How many credits did it use? I don’t see any recent usage showing in your credits dashboard, so I want to confirm the exact amount. Normally, you’d see a warning before a large credit usage. It’s possible the usage hasn’t appeared yet. You can check here to confirm: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/575873/settings/creditUsage Let me know if you have more questions.
its oddly showing last month
Hi Robert, If the credits were used last month, that would mean the usage was correct and not from the run you were expecting. It’s possible the run you just triggered pulled data from another table. If I’m misunderstanding, feel free to share more details so I can take another look.
