Clarification on Clay Plan Requirements for LinkedIn Enrichment

I am currently on a free Clay plan, using leftover credits from a paid plan that has lapsed, and attempting an enrichment that is giving me an error that says "Your subscription does not allow this integration to be added." When I look at this plan comparison, I don't see which plan I need to have in order to perform this enrichment - I'm simply looking for the LinkedIn profile URLs for a list of people (I have name, company name, email address, domain, etc). Assuming this will work on the Starter plan, but before I submit payment, would like some confirmation.

Yes, the Starter plan will work for finding profile URLs for people. The "Enrich Person with Companies, People, and Jobs" integration is available on all plans, including Free. [1]
However, since you're getting a subscription error, it's likely the specific enrichment you're trying to use requires Starter or higher. Most enrichment integrations that find contact info and profile data require at least the Starter plan. [2]
The Starter plan gives you access to phone number enrichments and the ability to use your own API keys, plus everything from the Free plan. [3] This should resolve the subscription restriction you're seeing.
