Good afternoon! When using the write first email based on LinkedIn role, curious why I might be getting the output I want for some ("Saw you {summary of my output}...") and not others (just "{summary of my output}"). Looks like the part I want to include ("Saw you") is only running on some profiles and not others. So, wondering how to troubleshoot...Thanks for your help!

Hey hey! Can you drop the URL for your table here? (if applicable) 🫶 Don't worry, only admins will be able to open your table 😉

Hey Doug, usually adding more examples to the chatGPT column helps it stay more consistent, 3-5 more could help. It gives it better context of the end result

Thanks, again Arturo O.. I created five examples! But I have another question (if you see this or anyone else 02 Support), in my prompt, I'd like to reference both the LinkedIn "Summary" and then the "Headline" if the "Summary" is blank. However, the output is pulling only from Summary columns and not from the Headline when the Summary column is empty. I'm getting the error message "run condition not met." Tinkered with it a few times but to no avail...Any guidance is appreciated!

Or, is this a separate enrichment based off of LinkedIn Headline. With a conditional format.

I think I just answered my own question.
