Troubleshooting Error Message When Adding and Updating Rows in Google Sheets

Im trying to add and update rows to google sheets, but am getting this error message. Ive enable editor access to sheets - any ideas? thanks

    I’ve added the Google sheet with editor access and the added a few column variables to test but still nothing
