I'm trying to use "lookup single row in other table" and the field "table to search" shows "no options found" (circled in red). I've reviewed the previous responses to people asking about this but none of them have addressed this issue. If someone could please help I'd be very grateful.
Hey there Nicolas thanks for reaching out, taking a look what is the name of the other table you are trying to search for here?

Hi Nicolas! Thank you so much for reaching out, I am happy to take a look at your table. 😁
Hi Nicholas! By any chance did you recently make any changes to your Clay API key? If so, you’ll need to reset it in your settings to get everything working again: 1. Go to Settings > Accounts > API Key 2. Then head to Settings > Connections 3. Search for Clay under connections 4. Remove the old API key and paste in the new one
Once that’s done, the dropdown should populate correctly, and your lookups should start working again. Let me know if you need help walking through it!
Yes I'd like some help walking through this. From the clay page under connections I see there's a hidden api key. Where would I find the new one to replace the old one with? Would I simply delete the old one and then add a new connection? Would this potentially break any of my existing tables?
Hi Nicolas, thank you so much for your patience! You should be able to regenerate your key under 'API Key' in Account settings. And yes you would simply delete the old one and add a new connection.
Let me get back to about whether or not the new key breaks existing tables! Chatting with my team
There should be no interruption to your existing tables - Clay has automated many API key processes, so in many cases the system will automatically use your account's API key without manual configuration. Let me know if you were able to reset your API key, happy to help out!
