Improve Table Functionality: Manual Entry and Automation Solutions

This table (https://app.clay.com/workspaces/251093/tables/t_99awSZHvjADf/views/gv_hRrNPFkDssYB) receives people's names from another table that I import companies to. I need to do 2 things with this table: 1 I want to be able to manually add a person by adding a new row, adding their LI URL, full name and company URL so that the 'find email' and 'find mobile' automations can be used on them. Currently I'm not able to edit cells in a newly added row manually. AND 2) I want to be able to manually make the email waterfall work and, separately, manually make the mobile waterfall work. Currently if I turn off the auto-run functionality I have to manually tick every stage of the email or mobile waterfalls, but I only want to have to click once to have all the email stages work, and click another time to make all the mobile stages work.

Hey Steve, 1. Manual Entry in Rows: To add people manually, create a new text column where you can enter data manually (e.g., LinkedIn URL, full name, company URL). Then, create a merge column where you set the order as your text column first, followed by the automatic field. This way, if you add something manually, it takes priority, and it will trigger the enrichment (like ‘Find Email’ and ‘Find Mobile’). 2. Simplifying the Waterfall Process: Turn off the auto-update for the table itself, but leave auto-update on for the enrichment. This will allow you to manually trigger the entire email waterfall or mobile waterfall with just one click for each, instead of manually ticking every stage. So I've merged the 3 manual columns I created for full name, person's LI URL and company URL. But how do I have the table try to use the manual data first with the email/mobile finders?

Thank you for that Bo, but I think I may have confused you. The reason I want to do this is because sometimes (often actually) Clay doesn't pick up some of the people who have job titles like the ones in my people search. So I need to find them on sales nav myself. But then I want to get their email and phone numbers using the same clay table so I have them in the same place. I want to be able to create a blank row and add in ther full name, LI URL and company URL to the same table and be able to start those automations manually. Is this possible?

Also another question....How can I have the mobile number search only return mobile numbers not landlines?

And another...if the source of the mobile number finds more than one mobile number, how can I have it return all of them in the same row?

That would be exactly like in the video! Here’s a breakdown for all the values: 1. Follow the steps in the video for Full Name, LinkedIn URL, and Company URL: • Create 3 text columns for these fields. • Then, create 3 merge columns to combine manual and automatic data. 2. Reference the merge columns inside the enrichment process to pull the correct data. 3. Add a new row at the bottom, then enter your values for Full Name, LinkedIn URL, and Company URL. Regarding the mobile number source, our provider returns the data they have, but we’ve recently added a tool called SureConnect to verify if the number is indeed a mobile number. If you want to combine everything into one row (e.g., multiple values returned in a comma-separated line), go to the row settings: • Click the header > Edit > Formulas • Add this prompt: If any of those values (link the columns) are present, return them in a comma-separated line.
