I created a Claygent/Argon AI column yesterday and I paused it and now it won't run. There are 29,750 rows and other than the first ones I ran selectively yesterday, when I run it now, they say "Queued" but don't run, and the "Updating Cells" text at the bottom comes on for a minute and then stops. Can anyone help? I have refreshed the browser window multiple times.
For large data requests like your 29,750 rows, it's recommended to break them into smaller batches for better processing. Here's how you can get your column running again: 1. Try running a smaller batch first: ā¢ Right-click on the column ā¢ Hover over "Run Column" > "Choose Number of rows to run" ā¢ Start with a smaller number of rows (e.g., 1000) from a specific starting point 2. If you continue experiencing processing delays, you can also: ā¢ Verify your network connection is stable ā¢ Check if you're within your usage limits and API quotas ā¢ Ensure your prompts and parameters are properly configuredIf the issue persists after trying these steps, you may need to request human support for further assistance. I tried this and ran 1,000 rows and it still didn't work. What do you suggest next?
Since you're experiencing persistent issues even with smaller batches, here are the key things to check: 1. Verify your OpenAI API tier meets the requirements: ā¢ For Claygent to work properly, you need 450,000 TPM (tokens per minute) ā¢ You can check your current limits at platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits 2. If the processing is still not working, ensure: ā¢ Your search queries and prompts are specific and well-defined ā¢ Your input data format is correct ā¢ You're within your usage limits and API quotas ā¢ Your network connection is stableIf these steps don't resolve the issue, please request human support for further assistance.
Does this still apply if I am using Argon and paying 3 credits per row?
No, if you're using Argon (GPT-4o) and paying 3 credits per row through Clay's key, you don't need to check OpenAI API tiers or usage limits. This is because you're using Clay's infrastructure rather than your own API key. The 3 credits per row charge indicates you're already using Clay's system to access the model.Let's try troubleshooting your issue differently. Since the column is queued but not processing, you may want to: 1. Try running an even smaller batch (e.g., 100 rows) 2. Double-check your mission/prompt formatting 3. Verify your credit balance is sufficient for the number of rows you're processing (3 credits Ć number of rows) Source: Claygent (AI Web Researcher) with Artificial Intelligence
