Clay S. does anyone know how to use the "write to other table" after the use the "apollo Find people at company by job title"? For example for one company apollo came back with three hits but not to take those and transfer it to another table with the relevant data
To use the "write to other table" feature after using Apollo to find people: 1. Set up the feature by adding a new column in your source table. 2. Click Add Column > Add Enrichment > Search and select "write to table". 3. Choose your destination table. 4. For list mapping (multiple hits), select the column containing the Apollo results. 5. Map the data points you want to transfer (e.g., name, job title, company). 6. Optionally, add other column values from the source table. The feature will create new rows in the destination table for each person found, transferring the relevant data.
I know how to do this but the issue I am having is that apollo has up to 10 job titles found and I need to put those into a different table
To transfer up to 10 job titles found by Apollo into a different table using the "write to table" feature: 1. Add a new column in your source table. 2. Click Add Column > Add Enrichment > Search and select "write to table". 3. Choose your destination table. 4. For list mapping, select the column containing the Apollo results. 5. Map the job title data point you want to transfer. 6. Optionally, add other relevant column values from the source table. This will create new rows in the destination table for each job title found, transferring the relevant data. The "write to table" feature can handle up to 10 items in a list, which aligns with Apollo's maximum of 10 job titles per search.
