Hey Clay S., I want to enrich companies using e-comm data from Store Leads. We are building a list in StoreLeads, is there any option to pull the list to Clay? Like what we do using Hubspot Lists? Second question: Even if we import the list from StoreLeads to Clay as a starting point, we can have a periodical data sync so that we can track significant data updates? This is, we have the domains and want to run the table in a monthly basis to update the estimated monthly page views or estimated monthly sales, Is this possible?
Store Leads doesn't have a direct list import feature like HubSpot. You'll need to export your StoreLeads list as a CSV and import it into Clay using Actions → Import → Import from CSV. For enrichment, use the Store Leads integration in Clay by clicking "Add enrichment" and selecting Store Leads under Integrations. This lets you enrich company data using domains to get employee counts, revenue estimates, and other e-commerce data. For periodic updates, Clay can automatically refresh imported lists daily (or more frequently on enterprise plans). Set up a workflow that re-runs enrichments on your domains monthly to track changes in page views or sales estimates. If you need further assistance with the specific setup, please request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person."
We have the StoreLeads key. Regarding "Set up a workflow that re-runs enrichments on your domains monthly to track changes in page views or sales estimates.", this will cost us credits?
Yes, re-running Store Leads enrichments will cost credits each time they run. Since you have your own Store Leads API key, you won't be charged Clay credits - you can use your existing subscription free of cost by connecting your API key. You can set up scheduled columns to automatically re-run monthly. Go to the table settings (⛭ icon), select "On a schedule, " choose "Month" frequency, and select "Only selected columns" to run just your Store Leads enrichments. If you need help setting this up, please request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person."
If you are using your own API keys, clay won't charge you
Yes, when you use your own Store Leads API key in Clay, you won't be charged Clay credits for enrichments. If you have existing subscriptions to any data enrichment tools, you can use them free of cost in Clay by connecting your own API keys. This applies to monthly enrichment workflows too - using your own API key means 0 Clay credits will be consumed for those enrichments. To add your Store Leads API key, go to workspace settings and find the Store Leads integration, or add it directly when setting up the enrichment.
and yes you can have periodical data sync
You can set up periodic data sync using Clay's scheduling feature with your Store Leads API key at no Clay credit cost. Setup steps: 1. Add your Store Leads API key in workspace settings under integrations 2. Create Store Leads enrichment columns for the data you want to track 3. Enable scheduling on those columns - set frequency to monthly, weekly, or daily Key benefits: ** Using your own API key means 0 Clay credits consumed ** Automatic updates keep company data fresh without manual work * You can schedule specific columns to run periodically This will automatically refresh estimated monthly page views, sales data, and other Store Leads metrics on your chosen schedule.
Thanks! We've reopened this thread. You can continue to add more detail directly in this thread.
The enrich data fields available in Clay are limited? I am adding enrichment but I don´t have the same options available as I have in StoreLeads
Clay's Store Leads integration provides access to many data fields including employee count, revenue estimates, company location, product details, social media profiles, and more. However, Clay doesn't have native data - we pull from 100+ external enrichment tools in our marketplace. If you need additional Store Leads fields not available in our native integration, you can use our HTTP API feature to connect directly to Store Leads' API and access their full dataset. This gives you complete access to all Store Leads data points beyond what's available in our standard integration. If you need help setting up the HTTP API connection, please request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person."
I need help setting up the HTTP API connection from StoreLeads to this table
Hey! Happy to help—what action are you trying to perform with StoreLeads? If you have the API documentation, you can copy it into an LLM to extract the endpoint, headers, body, and any query params. Then you can paste that info directly into Clay’s HTTP block setup. Let me know what you’re trying to do and I can guide you through it.
