How to Duplicate a Table with Data in Google Sheets or Excel

Hey, is there a way to duplicate a table WITH the data in? Just to have a copy and make amends. When I try and duplicate a tab or a full table, it only copies the columns and not the data

Luma, you can use Duplicate to create a table with identical columns. Then, to work with the same data, export the first to CSV, and import the CSV to the duplicate. That's likely the best approach if it's just a one-time need.
