Private Slack channels are part of what's known as "dark social" channels, which have specific access restrictions. To send messages to a private channel like #marketing-ops, you'll need to: 1. Make sure you have the proper Slack OAuth permissions and admin access for the channel 2. When using the "Send Message to Channel" action: • Enter the channel name without the # symbol • Fill in the required fields: • Slack Channel (required) • Bot Name (optional) • Emoji (optional) • Summary text (optional) • Form Information (optional)If you still can't access the private channel after following these steps, you may need to verify your Slack workspace permissions with your workspace administrator.
