Private Slack channels are part of what's known as "dark social" channels, which have specific access restrictions. To send messages to a private channel like #marketing-ops, you'll need to: 1. Make sure you have the proper Slack OAuth permissions and admin access for the channel 2. When using the "Send Message to Channel" action: β€’ Enter the channel name without the # symbol β€’ Fill in the required fields: β€’ Slack Channel (required) β€’ Bot Name (optional) β€’ Emoji (optional) β€’ Summary text (optional) β€’ Form Information (optional)If you still can't access the private channel after following these steps, you may need to verify your Slack workspace permissions with your workspace administrator.
