Hi our account is being restricted - one of our clients has invited us to their workspace and we are not able to join their workspace because of this. Could you please help, this is blocking a time sensitive project for us. Our emails are in the thread.

Hi Kushagra, thanks for reaching out. We detected other emails that were being linked to both of these account. We’ve been experiencing increasing spam usage of our free credits on the trial, so we recently implemented some robust security measures against this as we grow! Unfortunately, we won't be able to unlock this email for you but if you have one that you've used previously that is locked, let us know and we can unlock it for you.
Unfortunately, creating new accounts or being invited to other workspaces has become a recurring way to bypass our security measures. Could you kindly ask your client to invite you using your personal email, which I see is currently unlocked? This will help ensure everything stays secure and streamlined.
We can do that for now, but we'd like the ability to use our official email addresses with our external clients. Is there a way to make that possible?

Hi Kushagra, if you can provide the two addresses that are currently unlocked and the two business addresses you’d like to switch your accounts to, I’d be happy to assist. Please note that I’ll need to delete the two accounts you attempted to register with your business emails to proceed.
