Account Locked and Discount Inquiry for Clay Usage
hey guys, I want to use Clay but:

My account is locked for fraud protection? I barely touched it on a free trial a couple months back, messaged support in December but still my account is locked.
- 2.
I want to use a discount for new customers through builtfirst as a Sequoia portco. Since I didn't even use clay, it should apply. Sequoia's marketplace told me Clay got notified and I am waiting for an email from you guys, but haven't received anything.
Could you please help me out? Thanks in advance!
