Hey, thanks for reaching out! To achieve your goal of extracting recruiter details (First Name, Last Name, and LinkedIn Profile link) from the “Meet the hiring team” section of a job post on LinkedIn using Claygent Here’s how to do it with Claygent Go to the LinkedIn job post at /joburl and locate the "Meet the hiring team" section. Extract the following information about the recruiter: - First Name - Last Name - LinkedIn Profile URL If the "Meet the hiring team" section is not available, return "Recruiter not found." The output should the following fields: "FirstName" "LastName" "LinkedInProfile" You'll be able to link the column via the forward slash https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1193428911/83abe991b3e55332e66a2058/CleanShot+2024-09-25+at+_42lUK9vaXf%402x.png?expires=1727306100&signature=2e60a6350f073137f2af52d237625af9d6bc626d3e9f555a35980fe35a6e31b0&req=dSEuFc18lYheWPMW1HO4za46MvGkwEOuAb93uOFUkXrYK2zHTVlegAgF7Umd%0AI8Dx%0A
That's great, let me try it out
It worked like a charm
Thanks man
Yiha!! Let me know if I can do anything else for you !
yes another thing, I'm trying to create a workflow where I'll be adding leads to dripify campaign and i want to update a single select field in the same clay table when they accept my connection request and once that single select field is updated i want to move the specific data of that lead to another table and also update that in google sheets.
Hello Irtaza! If you have your lead list in a Clay, we just need to find a way to send the information that a user answered from dripify to clay. For example, we could set up a webhook for this. Once the information that they replied comes in, we can send the person information to a new table with automations set up. I think this will make more sense if I how an example in your workspace, do you mind sending the link to the table so we can take a look? https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1171717996/ac7729f84b426e1d0358af02/image.png?expires=1727364600&signature=67b490fd46cde467d3754ef56e08ff68bf5ae3151c87f20d3008c286bd6380fc&req=dSEgF85%2FmohWX%2FMW1HO4zYTywCz%2FAJMQ2BKsam%2FhVPvwVg%3D%3D%0A
sure let me share
Here’s how to set this up step-by-step: 1. Set Up Dripify Webhooks Follow the instructions in the Dripify Webhooks Guide. Although the guide is for Zapier, the process is the same for our system. You can find our webhook documentation here. 2. Create a Checkbox Column in the Table • In the table, create a new column and choose Checkbox. • Click on the header of that column, then go to Edit Columns > click the gear icon. • Under Formula, select Use AI and type the following: If /column has a value, return true. (Make sure you link the formula to a column that will have a value, such as their LinkedIn URL.) 3. Set Up a Lookup From Your Lists Table • From your lists table, create a Lookup column. • This will look into the webhook table to find whether the contact has been reached or not. • Add the “checkbox” column value from the webhook table as a new column in your list. Now, you’ll have a clear view of whether a contact has been reached or not. You can manually refresh the column to get the latest info, as it won’t update automatically. For more details, you can check out this video walkthrough. Let me know if you need further assistance! 😊
