Hi there, Please check this Clay table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/257306/tables/t_FkgHZs2Y62U2/views/gv_75wHQaNPpaCj I ran a waterfall enrichment for First Name. It's not working properly. Thanks!
Without seeing your specific table, I can help you troubleshoot the First Name waterfall enrichment. Here's what you should check:1. Make sure the waterfall enrichment is properly set up: • Right-click "Add Column" > "Add Enrichment" • Search for "Waterfall" • Select "First Name" as your data point • Click "Save" and run 2. Keep in mind that even if an enrichment is successful, if it doesn't have the specific data point you want (in this case, First Name), it will continue to waterfall to the next provider.Would you be able to share more details about what specific issues you're seeing with the enrichment? This would help me provide more targeted assistance. Sources: Enrich Companies (Waterfalls) [Clay 101] - Clay University Enrich Companies (Waterfalls) [CRM Enrichment] - Clay University Waterfall
Looks like you're still looking for help. We're escalating this over to our support team and someone should be in touch soon. In the meantime, feel free to include any other information that may be helpful in solving your issue!
It looks like this may be bug on our hands - A workaround for now would be mapping the first name from Snov out to it's own column, then merging this with the results of the waterfall. I've set this up for you. Regardless, I've escalated this over to our engineering team and we'll let you know as soon as we know more!
Hey there! Just wanted to let you know this issue has been resolved on our end. The "First Name" was intended to pre-populate into the final column. If the issue persists, you can check what each source is outputting into the logic that determines the final column value by following the steps below: Steps to Troubleshoot if Issue Persists: 1. Access Column Settings: Click the header of the final output column and select Column Settings. 2. Review the Data Provider: Identify the data provider that isn’t outputting the correct value and select it. 3. Adjust the Waterfall Output: At the top of the menu, locate the "Waterfall Output" setting. Adjust it so this provider outputs the correct data point (in this case, "Full Name"). 4. Save the Changes: Press Save and choose Don’t Run. This will ensure the waterfall corrects itself without triggering a full run. I hope this helps! Let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with. 😊 https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1262501857/fba02849deeae740502315628d7f/CleanShot+2024-11-22+at+13_33_00.gif?expires=1732302900&signature=a171d0b295bba6a1fb13b43f6da4f3638bfde10a1c8033b4877c23cb7c9368f3&req=dSIhFMx%2BnIlaXvMW1HO4zflPU6HnQIudvmVS91MF7beMvY73zki6BStgITGM%0ANIy3%0A https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1262499696/034c84dc2d8b5b1b624b86d18308/CleanShot+2024-11-22+at+13_31_51%402x.png?expires=1732302900&signature=0ee59c1b04e8184dbacd34dc04c51a3c2ee8fb6315587205640881829ef3bc2d&req=dSIhFM13lIdWX%2FMW1HO4zeba0db5FTpJXL5IA8AwVInbrXoatF7lBYZxLtmd%0AAsCT%0A
