Hey guys, I have a table where I'm enriching the buying committee of companies. At the end I'm getting up to 3 people per company. Even though my ICP criteria is solid, I'm still getting some non-ICP results that I want to let go. I've tried multiple methods of scoring but they haven't worked for me, here is what I want to achieve:
Score leads in my table (This is done)
Once the score is assigned, I want to select the highest score from each company's leads and write it to my final lead table. If two or more leads have the same score then the first one should be written to the table.
Would appreciate some help on this ๐
We offer a comprehensive lead scoring system that helps you prioritize the most promising prospects. Hi Aamir, thanks for reaching out! Happy to help you with this set up. Do you mind sending the link to the table so we can take a look? https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1171717996/ac7729f84b426e1d0358af02/image.png?expires=1733236200&signature=62192467efea2cb7e9e22c154116a37d04cc3f76664ba6f456b7cea178eeeebb&req=dSEgF85%2FmohWX%2FMW1HO4zYTywSj%2BBZEU2BKsam%2FhVPsxeg%3D%3D%0A
Hi Aamir, thank you for reaching out, could you also send the link to your final lead table, where we send the result to?
It's this one: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/247800/workbooks/wb_f4xGcHNCDhuf/tables/t_PsUsdWFdyqnN/views/gv_Z4DfBVTooamz I'm planning to run enrichment in this table, after the high scoring leads are identified.
Hi Aamir "2. Once the score is assigned, I want to select the highest score from each company's leads and write it to my final lead table. If two or more leads have the same score then the first one should be written to the table." does this mean that you would want a new table with all the highest scoring contacts?
Yes
First, since Clay rows don't know about each other, we'll need to number them. This helps us identify which leads belong to which company. Then we can send them to your final table using Write to Table. Here's how to do it - Follow this video 1. In your current table, create a formula to number your rows for each company. This helps track which leads go together. 2. Use Write to Tableto send the highest-scoring lead from each company to your final table. If multiple leads tie for the highest score, it'll take the first one it finds. 3. If you need to check if the data is already in your final table, use Lookup to verify before writing.
