Hi Clay Support Team, I’m reaching out because I’m trying to accomplish a specific workflow for my project, but I’m encountering some issues and need assistance with both troubleshooting and adding additional steps to my workflow. What I’m Trying to Accomplish: 1. Enrichment of Prospects: • I’m trying to enrich each person’s profile (e.g., job title, company description, recent activities, etc.) using the data in my spreadsheet. • However, for some reason, the enrichment steps aren’t working as expected, and I’m unable to pull the necessary data for certain individuals. 2. Email Automation: • Once the enrichment is complete, I’d like to send personalized emails to each prospect using a template I’ve set up. • I’d also like to automate follow-up emails based on specific triggers (e.g., if there’s no reply within X days or if the recipient clicks a link). 3. Response Tracking and Notifications: • I need to track responses to my outreach emails (e.g., positive replies, follow-ups, etc.) and categorize them for further action. • I’d also like to set up notifications based on responses (e.g., a Slack notification for positive replies or tasks created in my project management tool for follow-ups). Issues I’m Facing: • The enrichment process isn’t pulling all the relevant information from my data, and I’m unsure if I’ve set it up incorrectly or if there’s a limitation I’m not aware of. • I’m not sure how to integrate the steps for sending emails, tracking responses, and setting notifications all within Clay.
