Troubleshooting Issues with Resetting Your Password Email

I'm not able to receive the reset password email. Checked spam an everything.

    If you're not receiving the reset password email, here are a few things to check: 1. Ensure you've entered your email address correctly on the reset password page. 2. Check your spam or junk folder again, as sometimes these emails can be filtered there. 3. Make sure your email service isn't blocking emails from our domain. If you still don't receive the email, it's possible you might have used a different login method, such as Google Sign-In. In this case, you'll need to request human assistance for further help. You can do this by clicking on "Talk to a person" in this chat.
