Waterfall Enrichment Issue: No Results for Third Company Batch

Β·

I've just run a waterfall enrichment on a batch of companies but when it gets to the third company enrich, it doesn't provide a result? It's doing this for every row. Am I doing something wrong? How do I get the data?

Samantha, you're referring to the "Enrich Company (3)" column, right? The message I see for most of them is "Run condition not met". When I edit that column, and view the "Only run if" settings, I see this formula... (!({{Enrich Company}} && {{Enrich Company}}?.revenue)) && !({{Enrich Company (2)}} && {{Enrich Company (2)}}?.inferred_revenue) ...which basically means "Only run if both company revenue and inferred revenue are missing from the previous two steps." Clay was able to get those datapoints in the first two columns for just about every row, so the third wasn't needed. If you want it to run regardless of the success of the previous columns, you can modify or remove that formula. (Of course, that will use more credits for every row, but perhaps that's worth it for your particular goal.) Does that help?

Hi Mark, thanks so much. Perhaps, I’m not entirely understanding (apologies, I am new here) but if you look at lines 6, 24 & 54, as an example, it appears that it may have got the data at Enrich Company (3) (sometimes it even looks like it got the data at Enrich Company 2 or 1) but then no data was populated in the Revenue column. It almost looks as though it’s got the data but it’s just not populating - like it’s broken somewhere? And this is only the case if the revenue ran until Enrich Company 3 - does that make sense?

No worries at all. I'm sure we can work through it. :) That "Only run if..." logic in Enrich3 requires that all four of these items be true: 1. Enrich1 got a result, and 2. Enrich1 has a value for revenue value, and 3. Enrich2 got a result, and 4. Enrich2 has a value for inferred revenue In rows 6 and 54, requirements 1 & 2 & 4 above were not satisfied. (no company found in Enrich 1, no inferred revenue in Enrich 2) In row 24, requirements 2 & 4 were not satisfied. (no revenue data either one, though other datapoints are available) Using row 6 as an example, it did get other datapoints from Enrich2 and Enrich3, but if we select a cell, and review the datapoints... revenue was null, so ultimately the final Revenue column didn't have anything to display for that row. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1228908778/6bbc4564b0d495d7ddf4dadfbd5f/annual-revenue.png?expires=1729866600&signature=f9e9dabdedddfac0bf773d4d3f8837ef47bfc42bfd5610205081e8b565057bf5&req=dSIlHsB%2BlYZYUfMW1HO4zR%2F1SF47ZVweWv%2F42ks5HrXpu9iBLrgrIwQxTdoZ%0AlJOK%0A
