Clay's built-in lead scoring modal supports up to 15 scoring criteria. When setting up your scoring model, you first select the number of scoring criteria you want to use - since you have 3 criteria, make sure you've selected "3" in the initial setup.
Check that all three of your scoring criteria columns have data populated and are properly configured in the scoring modal. The system should recognize all criteria you've defined (like headcount, seniority, and industry in the standard examples).
If only 2 criteria are being recognized, verify that your third criterion column contains valid data and is properly mapped in the scoring configuration.
