Wrong Company Emails in Waterfall Enrichment Results - Seeking Feedback & Possible Solutions - Table Included

My waterfall enrichment has returned me validated emails, but it's for the wrong company. I'm not sure how I can fix or get the credits back or if I set my table up incorrectly to cause this. Open to feedback. Only about 7 results are validated with LinkedIn emails, but they work at other companies. Table in thread.
