how can I clear out an entire column of data, so that the value reverts back to the existing formula driven value (in other words I accidently inserted values in a formula column)
To clear manually entered data from a formula column, you can delete the entire column and recreate it with your original formula. Click on the column header, select "Delete" from the dropdown menu, and confirm your changes. Then add a new column with your original formula to restore the formula-driven values. Alternatively, you can switch the column input type back to "Formulas" by clicking the column header, selecting "Edit column," clicking the gear icon, selecting "Formulas" as the input type, and pressing "Save settings." Are you looking to clear all data from the column at once, or do you need to selectively clear only certain cells while keeping others?
