Hey guys, run into a huge problem... Somehow I've burned through 45k credits overnight ๐ณ I woke up this morning to a notification saying I've run out of credits - can someone please look into this?

Yup, I didn't see anything weird and the plan says it kicked in successfully when you requested the upgrade so must of been a hiccup between the billing and credits addition step.
