What is Clay's integration with Outreach like, and how do I push back data from Clay to Outreach?
Our Outreach integration allows you to create, update, and lookup prospects, plus add leads to sequences. Available actions: ** Create Prospect: Add new prospects with contact info and custom fields ** Update Prospect: Modify existing prospect information ** Add to Sequence: Enroll prospects in active Outreach sequences ** Lookup Prospect: Search for existing prospects by email or ID To push data: 1. Add an Outreach enrichment in your Clay table 2. Connect your Outreach account via SSO 3. Select your desired action (Create/Update Prospect) 4. Map fields including custom variables for personalized snippets 5. Configure run settings Custom variables must match exactly what you've set up in Outreach.

how do i merge two sheets together
To merge two sheets in Clay, use our "write to table" feature to transfer data between tables, then combine columns using Merge Columns. Steps: 1. Use the Write to Table integration to move data from one table to another 2. Click Add Column > Merge Columns 3. Input your formula to combine the desired columns This lets you transfer data between tables in the same workbook, then merge specific columns as needed.
where do i access Write to Table
To access the write to table feature, click the "Add Enrichment" button in the top right corner of your page. In the search bar that appears, type "Write to Table" and select this integration. You can then map your existing data fields to the corresponding columns in your destination table to transfer the information between sheets.
I want to filter all rows in sheet 1 based on whether column a in sheet 1, has a content in column 1 in sheet 2, is this possible?
Use the "Lookup Multiple Rows in Other Table" enrichment to cross-reference data between sheets: 1. In Sheet 1, add an enrichment column 2. Select "Lookup Multiple Rows in Other Table" 3. Configure: - Table to Search: Sheet 2 - Target Column: Column 1 (from Sheet 2) - Filter Operator: "equal to" - Row Value: Column A (from Sheet 1) This will return matching rows from Sheet 2. Then filter Sheet 1 using the standard filter feature - select rows where the lookup result "is not empty" to show only rows with matches.
To update my prospect in Outreach, it says I need to upgrade my plan. Is there a way to do this without upgrading my plan?
The Update Prospect with Outreach action requires the Explorer+ plan or higher. There's no way to use this specific integration on a lower plan - the plan requirement is built into the feature itself. You'll need to upgrade to Explorer+ to access the Update Prospect functionality with Outreach.
wht about salesforce sandbox integration?
You can test Salesforce enrichments by connecting your sandbox test environment. Go to Settings > Connections > Salesforce Test Env to set it up. Unlike the Outreach integration which requires Explorer+ for certain features, our Salesforce integration (including sandbox) is available across all plan levels - Starter, Explorer, Pro, and Enterprise. The sandbox works the same as the regular Salesforce connection - you can import records, create records, lookup records, update records, and use all other Salesforce actions for testing purposes.
