can someone help me determine why the final "validated email" field in an email waterfall works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't?

    If you're looking at the first 10, this fails because you have "Domains for Clay Emails" as the input, but the column is empty for those rows.

    Gotcha, so we auto-hide the columns so it doesn't busy tables up, but we have email validators running in the background. You can unhide the columns if you want. But if we find an email that is invalid or a catch all, we won't add it to the table:

    So in that case, all of the emails were invalid

    ohhh ok, so for 82 it looks like that email actually showed as invalid...but I don't actually have "safe to send" ON, which I want, so it would have included catch all if it found...but in this case it was invalid which was why no result. Am I understanding correctly?

    That's correct, Bob. Although some email finders may avoid catch-alls on their own it's safer to have the setting turned on. Let us know if you have additional questions!
