im trying to add Leads to my Instantly account, but got over 40 records that had a message come back with "Failded to Add to Campaign" and when i click on the message to see if what the error message it doesnt provide any context, just says "success" can someone please help?

this only happened on 43 out of 250 leads, so it was properly mapped

Hi Charles, thanks for reaching out! This means that the leads were already added to your Instantly campaign. Since these leads have already been updated, you need to use the Update leads in Instantly enrichment to make changes now

Hey Charles, it looks like this lead already exists in another campaign in the workspace. I just removed this toggle, and the first row was added to your campaign successfully now!
Feel free to keep this toggle off if you're ok with duplicate leads in your workspace across multiple campaigns

Hi, I have set up the proper integration with clay and instantly, imported the leads and they are verified, but seems none of the fields created by twain to create the sequence have carried over, thus meaning the campaign has not started. Can anyone point me in proper way to make sure the copy is being carried over from my clay table to instantly?

Hey Charles, sorry to hear this has been creating some challenges. Let us know what Instantly says and if they can identify anything on their end. Another thing we can try is setting up a "Get or search for lead" to see if said email is in a campaign already. Could easily see this being a small preference in your Instantly account as well that limits the total number of campaigns an individual could be in to just one. Just trying to eliminate potential causes! When Instantly gets back to you let us know what they say, otherwise we can continue jamming on this and find a solution! I think I have solved what was the cause. I got all the emails and leads added. It was dupilicate entries on campaigns. Now I want to know how do I add the custom fields in the clay table as part of the setup to add the sequence, how do I add the custom labels into instantly?

Once you open the column settings for this enrichment and scroll to the bottom, you'll find a section titled "Custom Variables."
