I'm trying to create a custom signal to monitor an RSS feed and I keep getting this error, not sure what I'm doing wrong. This is the RSS url I'm using: https://www.pv-magazine.com/tag/ppa

The RSS feed URL you're using might not be compatible with our RSS monitoring system. Some RSS feeds have specific formatting requirements or access restrictions that can cause execution failures. [1]
Try these troubleshooting steps:
Verify the RSS feed URL is accessible and returns valid RSS/XML format
Check if the feed requires authentication or has rate limiting
Test with a different RSS feed URL to see if the issue persists [2]
I'd recommend trying Sculptor (top-right corner of your screen) first - it can help diagnose RSS feed issues and suggest alternative configurations. Let me know if Sculptor helps or if you're still seeing the same error!
