Improving Accuracy in Finding C-Suite Contacts at Companies

How does Find Contact at Company work? I have set the parameters to find Csuite individuals but it only finds one of it like eg CFO/COO but leaves out the rest like CTO, CEO sometimes while I can see the CTO and CEO available on LinkedIn Company page. How do I make it accurate?

To find C-suite individuals using our "Find Contacts at Company" feature, follow these steps: 1. Use the company's LinkedIn URL for highest accuracy. 2. In the "Job Title Keywords" field, enter "CEO, CTO, C-suite, Chief" to target executive roles. 3. Adjust filters like "Experience" to find contacts who've been in their role for 6+ months or 1+ year, which may help identify established executives. 4. Use "Bio Keywords" to search for specific skills or expertise typically associated with C-suite roles. 5. Set a higher limit (up to 10) to increase the chances of finding all relevant executives. Remember, results depend on available data and LinkedIn visibility. If you need more specific results, consider using our "write to table" feature to customize your search further.

Hi Sunny, The "Find Contact at Company" feature has some limitations based on data coverage and LinkedIn privacy settings. When you can't find certain C-suite executives, it's often because their privacy settings prevent them from being found or any other restrictions our data provider might have. You can add more results typically with the Claygent, which is an AI agent that will be able to go online on every website to try to find more information.
