Hi! Any thoughts on why when using send table data the tables on my workbook don't appear? Tried refreshing multiple time but isn't working
This issue could be related to performance problems or caching. Try a hard refresh first:
Mac: Command (⌘) + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Option (⌥) + Command (⌘) + E (Safari)
Windows: Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R
If that doesn't work, you might be experiencing front-end performance issues. Try clearing your cache and refreshing your screen.
Also note that when using send table data, there's a maximum of 10 tables that can be connected across workbooks, and data can only flow in one direction (A → B → C). [1]
If the issue persists after trying these steps, please ask to speak to a human for further assistance.
Was that helpful?
If you still need help resolving the issue with your workbook tables not appearing, I’m here to assist. Would you like to provide more details about what you’re trying to achieve or any specific errors you’re encountering?
I've refreshed the browser, cleaned the caché and still isn't work. The table is https://app.clay.com/workspaces/465168/workbooks/wb_0t5kf3qxmy288np9tFn/tables/t_0t5kftgBJ39s9KQYcBb/views/gv_0t5kftgdQa3j6beqnCT
Since you've already tried refreshing and clearing cache, this could be a performance issue with larger tables or complex workflows.
Try using the Force Run option in your table settings, which may take time depending on table size. If that doesn't work, you might need to delete and recreate the "send table data" action.
Also verify you haven't exceeded the maximum of 10 connected tables across workbooks, and ensure data flows linearly (A → B → C) without loops. [1]
