waterfall not jumping to next column after returning "no email found" so I keep having to press run manually on next column. This was a strightforward waterfall setup so no other configurations were made by me such as custom formulas etc.

The waterfall should automatically move to the next column when it gets "no email found" - that's how it's designed to work.
Looking at your screenshot, I see "Run condition not met" in the subsequent columns after finding an email in the first column. This is actually correct behavior - once the waterfall finds a valid email, it stops running the remaining providers to save credits. [1]
If the waterfall isn't progressing automatically when it should, try clicking on the stuck column header and select "Force" from the Run column field dropdown to jumpstart it. You can also toggle auto-update off and back on for the table to refresh the workflow.
The waterfall continues until a valid email is found or all providers are exhausted - if it's not moving forward after "no email found," there might be a workflow state issue that forcing the run should resolve.

Ah! I turned auto-update on, ran the email waterfall and it progresses automatically now. I didn't know I had the option to click "continue without running" as I didnt want it to use 20,000+ credits for the whole table. Thanks!!
