Getting a 500 error when trying to import data from HubSpot - already tried reconnecting the HubSpot account to no avail.
Try testing your HubSpot connection first: go to Settings > Connections, select HubSpot, find your account, click the … menu and select Test Connection. If the connection test fails, you can edit the account credentials by clicking Edit in the same menu to update or re-enter your credentials. For the import process, ensure you're following these steps: click Actions > Import > Import Contacts from HubSpot, authenticate your account, search for your list name, and submit. If you continue experiencing 500 errors after verifying your connection, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further troubleshooting.

New connections seem to work now. However, I've got a table (https://app.clay.com/workspaces/675522/workbooks/wb_0sza97qhip3fwHaE4zV/tables/t_0sza98gPzMMQqNncTVG/views/gv_0sza98hC8kUpYDrHpPY) that is supposed to re-run every day and update relevant properties based on changes in HubSpot - that still doesn't seem to work. Do I need to change any settings?
Hey Ben! Thanks for the message. Happy to help. I ran a quick check and confirmed the last import took place yesterday. It doesn't appear that any settings need to be changed. The timestamp indicates that the source will refresh in about 2 hours. You can update it before then by clicking "Run Now." To confirm, are you seeing records that have not yet been imported?

It's not records that have been missing entirely, but properties for existing imports don't seem to update - f. e. row 3888 k.borbely@sci.de Properties.Job Title_2 should be "Other" while it's showing as "null".
