Assistance Needed to Recover Missing Credits from August 12 Cohort

I had around 3k credits that I earned from the August 12 Cohort, but they’re no longer showing on the platform. I’m testing a process and would like to see if there’s a way to recover them. Could anyone help me with this, please?
