Error in Smartlead: Could Not Add Lead to Campaign Issue

I keep getting an error in one of my columns for 'add lead to campaign' for smartlead: "Could not add lead" Every time I run the column again to "Run all rows that havent run or have errors," it doesn't fix the cells with errors I need to manually click and run each cell individually to fix this. Is this a bug? It's been happening to other columns with different enrichments for me as well.

Hey Francis, thanks for reaching out! Could you share the URL to the Clay table where this is occurring? The 'Could not add lead' sounds like the column is running successfully but there may be a separate factor that is impacting this causing the lead to not be added.
