Troubleshooting: Run Condition for finymail in Clay

Please could you clarify where I have made a mistake with this run condition: I'd like to run finymail if million verifier has run and the email is not good (e.g. risky) or if there is no email in the table. That seems to be what I've written, I tried to use GPT to help me but I'm not sure what has gone wrong. I've included a screen shot of rows that I think should have run but have not.
