using google auth, getting sent to a clients onboarding page instead of the workspace (new issue, have used for months). It's asking me to create the workspace, I get a 401 when I attempt to "name" the workspace.
workspace id is: 43738
looks like the same issue others are facing
This issue may be occurring because the Google Auth login is creating a new workspace instead of connecting to your existing one. Each account can only create one workspace, and you need to be explicitly invited to access other workspaces. To resolve this, you have two options: 1. Switch to password-based login: • Go to the sign-in page • Click the password reset button • Send a reset link to your email • Check your spam folder if you don't receive the email 2. Get invited to your existing workspace: • You'll need to be invited to your previous workspace by an admin of that workspace Since you're experiencing a 401 error (unauthorized), this suggests an authentication issue. Please try the password-based login method first. If issues persist, you should request human support through this conversation.
To resolve this login issue, you'll need to switch from Google Auth to password-based login. Here's how: 1. Go to the sign-in page 2. Look for and click the password reset button 3. Send a reset link to your email 4. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the reset email Make sure to enter your email address correctly when requesting the password reset. Once you've set up password-based login, you should be able to access your existing workspace without being redirected to the onboarding page.
