Switching to Free Plan: Data Retention and Future Upgrades

Hi, I'm currently on paid plan. I need to pause my marketing for a few months. Can I switch to free plan and retain all the data? And switch back to PaidPlan once I;m ready again?

Hey Bharat, thanks for reaching out! If you move to the free plan you won't lose your current data. When your billing cycle resets, your credits will be capped at 200, which is 2x the limit on the free plan. You also won't have access to any features that are restricted to a paid plan.
