Unable to Stop Running: Issue with Paused Functionality

i have stopped running and clicked on paused below, but its still running and it is not stopping no matter what i do, i am losing all my credits

It seems the "Stop Updates" button might not have been activated correctly. To stop the process and prevent further credit usage: 1. Look for the "Stop Updates" button at the bottom right of your screen. 2. Click on it to open a pop-up menu. 3. Select "Confirm and stop" to halt the enrichment process. This should effectively stop the updates and prevent further credit usage. If you're still experiencing issues after following these steps, you may need additional assistance. In that case, please request human support by clicking on "Talk to a person" in this chat.

i did exactly that but it still is running, lost an extra 1k credits till now
