We’re experiencing major disruptions of our Clay campaigns, is it a bug that any other users have right now ? It seems to be caused by the Smartlead - Clay integration.

Can you share the table URL for the campaign that’s being impacted by the Smartlead integration?
Also, please walk us through what you’re doing right before the issue happens. If you can record a short video showing the steps and the disruption, that would help a lot so we can see exactly where things break.
Once we have that, we can check whether this is a broader issue or something specific to the setup.
Bo (. It’s a very standard email campaign, the emails are drafted on a People’s table and send along with the lead email address.
We are unable to send the test email and launch the campaign.
Got it. If the error only shows up when you click Send test email, then yeah, that’s a bug on our side.
I’ve flagged this to engineering, but it shouldn’t block you from launching the campaign itself. You should still be able to proceed with the campaign send even if the test email flow errors.
Yeah, that makes sense. In this case, we’ll need to wait a bit. We’ve flagged this as a bug and it’s already with engineering. We’ll need to wait until they fix it on their side.
