Issues with All People Search for Valid Companies in Clay

Hello need help: I’m seeing inconsistent results when using the “All people” search for a curated list of valid companies. Even though the companies exist and have dozens (or hundreds) of employees on LinkedIn, Clay only returns a handful of profiles per company. Steps to reproduce: Upload or select a list of valid companies (e.g. 159 companies). In the “Start from” section, choose “All people.” Run the search. Expected: You should get every public profile tied to each company domain.     The "All people" search in Clay might return fewer profiles than expected due to various factors. To get more comprehensive results: 1. Ensure you're using the company's domain or LinkedIn URL for the search. 2. Use the "Find People" feature under the Actions menu, selecting "Find People at These Companies." 3. Set appropriate search parameters to broaden your results, such as adjusting job titles, experience, or location filters. 4. Consider using the "Source - Clay Find People" integration, which allows you to search based on various criteria like company affiliation, location, and job title. If you're still experiencing issues after trying these steps, you may want to request human assistance for further troubleshooting.

    Hey, The limited results are likely due to the filter you set—specifically, the “maximum 4 months in role” condition. That restricts results to only people who started their jobs recently. Try removing that filter and re-running the search—you should see a much higher number of profiles returned. Let me know if you’d like help adjusting the setup.
